BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
• All appointments must be secured with payment at the time of booking.
• Treatments under £60 require full payment at booking.
• Treatments £60 and over require a 50% deposit at booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the appointment.
• Appointments are not confirmed until payment or deposit has been received.
• Payments can be made via Book In Beautiful, SumUp, bank transfer, cash or card.
DEPOSITS
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits secure your appointment time and protect against last-minute cancellations.
• Remaining balances must be paid on the day of your appointment.
• Failure to pay the remaining balance may affect future bookings.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
• We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit/payment.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is given.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid impacting other clients.
GIFT VOUCHERS 🤍
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of appointment.
• Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated.
• Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
• Gift vouchers may be used towards treatments and services only.
• If the treatment value exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid on the day of the appointment.
• Standard booking, deposit and cancellation policies apply to all appointments booked using gift vouchers.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

**5. Health & Safety**
* Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment.
* Some treatments may not be suitable for certain health conditions (e.g., pregnancy, circulatory issues, infections).
* We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.

**6. Gift Vouchers**
* Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
* Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
* When using a gift voucher, any remaining balance must be paid within 48 hours of booking to secure the appointment.
* Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
* Vouchers must be presented at the time of treatment.

**7. Self-Employed Practitioners**
* Some practitioners within the Centre are self-employed.
* Bookings made with them are subject to their individual policies and responsibility.
* Lauren Potter Holistic Therapy Centre is not liable for their actions or services.

**8. Offers & Promotions**
* Discounts and offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
* Promotional codes must be entered at the time of booking.
* All offers are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.

* While every effort is made to provide a safe and professional service, treatments are undertaken at the client’s own risk.
* The Centre is not responsible for any adverse reactions following treatment if full and accurate health information was not provided by the client.

* Personal data provided (e.g., health forms, email, contact details) will be kept confidential in line with GDPR regulations.
* Your data will never be shared with third parties without consent.

**11. Centre Etiquette**
* Please respect the calm and peaceful environment of the Centre.
* Mobile phones should be on silent during treatments.
* Disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, and the client will be refused service.

* The version published on our website at the time of your booking will apply.
